Context

Jasika, 28, is a left-hander from Australia ranked 408. He has played most of his career on hard courts and has a 61.5% career win rate.
His recent numbers show he is serving well and converting break points at a high rate. That gives him a solid baseline in this matchup, though his opponents in that sample were mostly ranked outside the top 300.
- Last 15 matches on hard: 12-3 record (80% win rate).
- First serve in: 71.8%, first serve points won: 71.7%.
- Break points converted: 55.6% (50 of 90).
Leong, 22, is a right-hander ranked 551. He has a 55.1% career win rate and has played mostly on hard courts.
His recent results are comparable to Jasika's, but his first-serve percentage is lower at 64.7%. That could give Jasika more chances on return, though Leong's first-serve points won is still solid.
- Last 15 matches on hard: 11-4 record (73.3% win rate).
- First serve in: 64.7%, first serve points won: 70.8%.
- Break points converted: 50.5% (50 of 99).
Leong's recent schedule has been busy, with multiple matches in the past week.
The extra court time could affect his freshness, but he has also shown he can win long matches. Jasika's matches have been shorter on average, which might give him a slight physical edge if this goes deep.
- Leong's average match duration in last 15: 107.6 minutes vs Jasika's 101.7.
- Leong's last match ended in a retirement win after 2 hours 5 minutes.
- Leong has played 5 three-set matches in his last 15, Jasika has played 2.
