2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BetBugs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age for gambling-related content in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use BetBugs. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

4. Not Gambling or Financial Advice

BetBugs is an informational tool only. All content on BetBugs — including AI-generated analysis, model probabilities, value picks, and context signals — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing on BetBugs constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any bet. Past performance indicators displayed on the platform do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.

5. Subscriptions

BetBugs offers paid subscription plans for full access to match analysis:

• Weekly Full Board: €4.99 per week, billed weekly
• Yearly Full Board: €99 per year, billed annually

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date.

6. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@betbugs.ai within 48 hours of the charge and we will review your case. EU consumers retain statutory rights to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services where service delivery has not yet begun.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on BetBugs, including AI-generated analysis, design, and code, is owned by BetBugs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the platform
• Resell or redistribute BetBugs analysis or content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetBugs and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or from betting decisions made based on content provided by BetBugs. EU consumer protection rights are not affected by this clause.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations, including EU consumer protection law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
