Quick Take

Read first

Context last updated 30 Oct 2026, 15:07 · Europe/Bucharest

A top-90 player against a 386-ranked left-hander, with a place in the Seoul final at stake, looks lopsided, but Jasika is 9-4 on hard courts in this sample and beat No.

108 Lloyd Harris 6-3 6-1. Wong remains the likely winner; his 1.15 price and the 1.55 on a 2-0 Wong win both ask more than the form supports. The one quote with room is Jasika at 4.75.

Context

No researched context or availability news came back for either player, so the read rests on dated recent results and set-by-set records. Jasika's serve data is missing entirely, which limits any statistical comparison beyond results.

Jasika, ranked 386, has mostly beaten players outside the top 500 in this 13-match sample from 29 September to 30 October, so the Harris result is the one showing he can handle a top-110 opponent. Wong sits at 87 and is a step up again. Seven of Jasika's 13 matches finished 2-0, the Harris win among them.
- Jasika beat Lloyd Harris (ranked 108) 6-3 6-1 on 28 October 2026 on hard court.
- Jasika's hard-court record in this sample is 9-4 across 13 matches, 29 September to 30 October 2026, with two retirements excluded.
- Seven of those 13 matches finished 2-0 in Jasika's favour.
That start matters in a best-of-three semi-final: Wong's first sets in this window have averaged 5.8 games won to 4.7 lost. Four of those 14 matches still produced a first-set tiebreak, and Jasika has won his own opening set in 9 of 13, so the early exchanges may be closer than the ranking gap suggests.
- Wong won the first set in 11 of 14 completed hard-court matches, 24 September to 30 October 2026.
- His first-set game average across that sample is 5.8 won against 4.7 lost, with four first-set tiebreaks.
- Jasika has won the first set in 9 of 13 hard-court matches in his own sample.
A heavy ace count sits alongside a low double-fault rate, and 77.2% of first-serve points won is a strong figure over a 15-match sample. Jasika's serve statistics are absent from the record, so this is a one-sided comparison rather than a measured edge. It does suggest Wong's service games will take some breaking.
- Wong's last 15 hard-court matches: 77.2% first-serve points won (498 of 645) and 14 aces per match (210 across 15 matches).
- He has averaged 1.7 double faults per match (26 across 15) in the same sample.
- Jasika's serve metrics are unavailable in the record; missing figures are unknown, not zero.
