Alja Senica #65600 – 2Lea Boskovic #329Croatia2

Boskovic was treated for a lower-back and hip problem during her clay-court match against Anastasiia Sobolieva and completed the match. That area carries load through the serve and change of direction, and it is the only documented physical interruption in her recent run of matches. She then competed again later in September on hard courts without a reported withdrawal, so the treatment is a caution to monitor rather than a confirmed ongoing problem for the Rovereto qualifying opener.

The block is short, three matches over nine days, and one of them was a three-set win, so Boskovic has shown she can finish a long match on this surface. Two of the three went the distance and one tiebreak was played, pointing to tight rather than one-sided sets. It is recent time on the surface, not a settled winning run, and it is the only hard-court evidence in her record.

This is the stronger win-loss mark of the two players: 9-6, with 51.5% of total points won and 56.4% of break points converted. The counterweight is the serve, with 4.5 double faults a match over 14 matches and 51.7% of break points saved, so opponents do get looks at her service games. Her record contains no hard-court matches, so this form was built on other surfaces and carries real uncertainty into Rovereto.

Both players enter through qualifying rather than the main draw, so a win in this first qualifying round is needed to keep a place in the tournament. The match is set for a hard court at the Rovereto venue, a surface distinct from the clay events that dominate both players' recent results. It is listed for Court 1 in the opening qualifying session.
