Reached a career-high No. 169 in July 2024. His clearest breakthrough came in spring 2024 with the Challenger Hamburg title and Roland Garros main-draw qualification. Public sources in the exact search set did not link his later ranking drop to a current active injury.

Context last updated 21 Jun 2026, 23:45 · Europe/Bucharest

Michael Zheng’s upward trajectory, elite first-set conversion, and superior return stats make him the rightful favorite against Henri Squire in Wimbledon qualifying.

The best betting value lies in under 5.5 total double faults, while Zheng’s lack of grass wins and recent three-set trend argue against a straight-set victory. Expect a tight, serve-oriented match with potential for tiebreaks and over 12.5 total aces.
