Marco Cecchinato is a heavy favorite against wildcard Pierluigi Basile, leveraging a massive clay-court experience edge and superior recent form.

Back Cecchinato to win in straight sets and the match to go under 21.5 games, as Basile's inconsistency and lower ranking make an upset unlikely.
