Data Deletion Request

You may request the deletion of all personal data BetBugs holds about you at any time. This includes your account information, authentication data, and any associated subscription records.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to contact@betbugs.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include the email address linked to your BetBugs account so we can locate your data.

We will confirm the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, profile picture)
• Your authentication data held by our provider (Clerk)
• Your subscription and billing records, subject to legal retention requirements
• Any usage data associated with your account

Social Login Users

If you signed in with a social provider, you can revoke BetBugs' access to your account directly through that provider's settings. This prevents future logins via that provider but does not automatically delete your existing BetBugs data.

• Facebook: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → remove BetBugs
• Google: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access → remove BetBugs
• Apple: Apple ID Settings → Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID → remove BetBugs

Revoking access through your social provider does not erase your BetBugs account data. Please also send a deletion request to the email above for full erasure.
